Recently, iWave have introduced the iW-RainboW-G58M System on Module, equipped with the Intel Agilex 5 FPGA Series. This product expands the FPGA portfolio into midrange applications. The SoM supports the Intel Agilex 5 FPGA and SoC E-Series family, and B32A package across two groups.
The Intel FPGA-powered System on Module delivers a perfect mix of performance and efficiency, making it ideal for sectors such as medical imaging, surveillance systems, video/broadcast, and industrial testing and measurement.
The SoM boasts extensive interfaces. It supports 24 transceivers with speeds up to 28 Gbps, a PCIe Gen 4 connectivity interface, and a 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet PHY transceiver, ensuring robust and versatile connectivity options.
The SoM is designed with a compact and industrial-grade form factor. Measuring just 60mm x 70mm, it operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for harsh environments. Additionally, it comes with a product longevity program of 15 years, assuring long-term availability and support.
